If doors had a Hall of Fame, Pat J would be its first inductee. With 25 years in the door business—practically since doors were invented—Pat’s experience is the stuff of legend. Rumor has it he installed the first door ever made (or at least he likes to tell that story). Whether it’s swinging, sliding, folding, or revolving, Pat has seen, fixed, or installed every type of door you can imagine—and probably a few you can’t.
But don’t let the years fool you. Pat’s not your typical old-timer stuck in the past. He’s got a personality as fresh as the newest door model, and customer service is truly his superpower. Whether he’s cracking a joke that makes you laugh or patiently walking a customer through their options, Pat’s approachability and genuine care make him a favorite not just around the shop but with everyone lucky enough to meet him.
New to the 101 Doors and Windows team but not new to being awesome, Pat brings a perfect blend of wisdom, wit, and work ethic. His motto? “If the door fits, swing it!” (and if it doesn’t, call Pat—he’ll fix it).
