If something’s broken, Brad can fix it. If something needs to be installed perfectly, Brad’s already three steps ahead. With a past life as a mechanic, he’s basically wired to solve problems, but what really drives him is people. Nothing makes Brad happier than seeing a customer absolutely blown away after seeing their new doors and windows installed. Around here, we’re pretty confident Brad is the best installer in the city, maybe the province, maybe even the country, and honestly, good luck convincing us otherwise. His attention to detail, pride in his work, and obsession with customer satisfaction make him one of those rare people who genuinely cares about every single job like it’s his own home. That’s what makes him a true sales person too, not because he sells products, but because people trust him completely.
Before joining 101 Doors and Windows, Brad was the owner of Wiebe Windows and More, bringing years of experience and an incredible reputation with him. Since joining the team, he’s helped take our installation and service side to a whole new level, and we honestly couldn’t be happier to have him here. Outside of work, Brad’s life revolves around family, kids, and renovations, lots and lots of renovations. Free time doesn’t really exist in Brad’s world, but if it did, he’d probably spend it building something anyway. Simply put, Brad is the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be.
